“Everything is relative in this world, where change alone endures.”
There are a number of ways to become involved with the National Vitiligo Foundation. Whether you become a member, make a donation or remember us in your will, your contribution goes to support cutting-edge research and scientifically proven programs designed to help people with vitiligo.
You can help by serving or leading a National Vitiligo Foundation committee, lending a hand at an event or sharing your professional skills as a volunteer.
However, getting involved doesn’t require a major donation or major time commitment. Creating or attending a fundraising event – be it a fun run, breakfast or gala – is another way to help. Raise awareness about how vitiligo affects your life and the needs of people with vitiligo as an advocate.
In addition to work in the areas of Research; Public Health; and Public Policy, the National Vitiligo Foundation partners with other organizations worldwide in lead the attack on the public health challenges of vitiligo. We are a member of the National Institute of Arthritis Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) Coalition, which promotes access to the National Institute of Health, Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal resources to help people with conditions of the bones, joints, muscles and skin. NVFI has also partnered with VR Foundation to promote a global effort to bring awareness to the challenges of vitiligo worldwide. Join the worldwide efforts to make June 25th, World Vitiligo Day.
